Street art meets fine art in a powerful new group exhibition titled "The Authenticity ", currently on view at One Art Space in TriBeCa. Curated by legendary graffiti icon Cope2, this high-energy showcase celebrates the raw roots and evolving styles of urban art culture, with works from over a dozen influential artists, including works by Cortes NYC.
Located at 23 Warren Street, New York, NY 10007, the exhibit runs from September 5th through the 18th, following a VIP Reception on Thursday, September 4th, and a vibrant Opening Reception on Friday, September 5th, both held from 6PM to 9PM.
Cortes NYC brings four original canvas pieces to the space. Each merging graffiti's kinetic energy with masterful character illustration and bold color palettes. His featured works include:

Cortes’ pieces display his signature fusion of character design and dynamic lettering. A blend of graphic storytelling and street sensibility. With vivid compositions and surreal, muscular characters entwined with layered graffiti scripts, these works continue to elevate the visual language of urban art.
The group show features an impressive lineup of notable artists from across the graffiti and street art world, including Shepard Fairey, Danny Cortes, Mark Bode, Scien and Klor (123 Klan), MQizm, Stash, Valeri Larko, Joe Iurato, Eye Sticker, Delta2, Dain, Claytonless, Rebecca Marley, Wane One, and Indie 184. With such a diverse roster, “The Authenticity” captures the many textures and voices of street art as it continues to push boundaries in contemporary culture.
